Lhotse

Lhotse | Paris

Before being a restaurant, Lhotse is first of all one of the highest peaks in the world that dominates the border between Nepal and Tibet.

It is proud of its origins that chef Simon Gurung decided to revisit one of the most popular dishes of Tibet, the "momo", a steamed ravioli stuffed with meat, vegetables or cheese and served with several homemade sauces .

Every weekend, Chef's dishes prepared from recipes from around the globe will also be prepared and will delight the curious palates. In its refined and refined setting, Lhotse will also offer a menu of original and sought-after wines, which will go well with ravioli as well as with the various tapas served in the evening.
